Refund and Return Policy
You may return all pools and liners within ten (10) days of receipt, subject to the following terms.
- To initiate a return, submit a request through our contact form. We will provide you with a return number and form within two (2) business days.
- When submitting your return request, include the order number, order date, and the item(s) you intend to return.
- No returns will be accepted without the return number.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee applies to returned above ground pools and liners.
- Returned pools and liners must be unopened, in original packaging, suitable for resale, and include all warranty cards and manuals. Pools must be returned in the same condition as received, completely shrink-wrapped on the pallet.
- Above ground pools, pool liners, and winter covers cannot be returned if cartons are wet, opened, or unfolded.
- Orders refused at the time of receipt incur a 25% restocking charge and all shipping costs (initial and return shipping to the manufacturer).
- Cancellations are allowed only if the product has not been shipped. A 5% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders. To cancel, email aloha@brightwaterpools.com with “CANCEL” in the subject line. Your order is only canceled upon receiving written confirmation from Brightwater Pools.
