This hot tub is just what we needed. It only took two people to set up and it is similar to more expensive models at half the cost. It fits 4 adults comfortably, but you could probably squeeze 5-6 people in there.

They said it would take 4 weeks to deliver but it came in 2 weeks. It came with a damaged cover which we took photos of and sent to Brightwater… a replacement cover was sent right away with no fuss. Great tub, it fits four people and stays at 104 degrees even when it’s cold out.

The delivery crew came a week early which was good. The hot tub matched its description perfectly, and I am delighted with the brown color, which looks really nice in my yard. Jets are very powerful with a 240 volt connection.
