BrightWater Pools is pleased to offer free shipping for all swimming pool packages and orders of $100 or more within the continental United States (48 contiguous states). Merchandise and product purchases under $100 have a flat-rate shipping charge of $10. 

Delivery Process, Customer Responsibility & Accessibility

Pool packages are delivered by freight carriers (most likely FedEx®) with curbside delivery, including liftgate service. The estimated delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days until your beautiful new above ground pool or additional products arrive at your home. However, during peak times, shipping may be extended.

Residential deliveries will be scheduled, and the freight company will contact you. Once contact is attempted, freight is held free of charge for three business days, and storage fees apply after that. If you instruct the freight carrier to leave merchandise without you being present, you are liable for any damaged or lost merchandise. If you are unable to meet with the freight carrier at the scheduled date/time of delivery, you will be responsible for any additional associated freight or storage costs.

Customers should plan ahead for product offloading and placement. Any freight charges associated with a change of delivery location, date and/or time are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed directly from the freight carrier.
